Privacy policy

Untape respects your privacy.

We collect certain information when you register, such as your full name, your email address and other contact information. We also invite you to add information such as a photograph and a biography.

The only personal information that will be publicly viewable on the Untape web site will be your username (which can be different from your real name) and, if you have chosen to add it, your photograph and biography. The public will also be able to read any content you add to the site, such as tips and comments.

You can edit your personal information at any time (visit, and click on the “Edit” or “Biography” tab above your name). You may also delete your account, along with all of your personal information. However, unless you’ve deleted any tips or comments you have added, they will remain on the site; the author will be listed as “Anonymous”.

We will not share your personal information with third parties, except if the law requires it or if there is a major concern for someone’s health and safety. We may use your email address to communicate with you from time to time about Untape, but apart from legal, health or safety requirements, we won’t use it for any other purpose.

We will protect your information by using password codes for our computers, only remaining logged into the system while necessary, and keeping the site’s software secure and up-to-date.

If you have a question or concern or want to make a complaint about how personal information is collected, kept, used, or shared, please contact BACI’s Privacy Officer:
